Contact Innosys Asia Technologies
Tell us what you are trying to build or fix, and we will tell you what kind of project it is. A first conversation costs nothing and usually saves a few wrong turns.
You can reach us by phone, email, or the enquiry form on this page. We reply during Singapore business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Phone
Call 5859730689
If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, company, and the gist of what you need. We call back the same working day where possible.
Phone works best for quick questions: whether a project is feasible, what a rough timeline looks like, or whether you need custom work at all.

Include a paragraph on the process or product you have in mind, and any deadline that is fixed by something external. Attachments like a rough scope or an existing system diagram help but are not required.
We answer email within one business day.

Project enquiry form
Send the details, get a useful reply
The form asks for your name, company, contact details, and a short description of the project. That is enough for us to route your enquiry to the right person and come back with useful questions rather than a generic brochure.
Please do not send passwords, credentials, or production data through the form. If we need system access later, we will set up a proper channel.
Office
Above Paya Lebar MRT station
60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. Both the East-West and Circle lines stop downstairs, so a meeting here fits between other appointments without a long taxi ride.
What happens next
From first message to a short call
We read your enquiry, then reply with either a clarifying question or a proposed time for a short call. The call is typically thirty minutes and covers what you are trying to achieve, what exists today, and any constraints on budget or timing.
If it looks like a fit, we propose a discovery engagement. If it does not, we will say so and, where we can, point you toward the kind of provider who suits the work better.
Bring whatever you already have — a sketch, a spreadsheet, an old system nobody wants to touch. Rough material is often more useful in the first call than a polished deck, because it shows where the real friction sits.
Before you write
- 1.Name the outcome you want: a site that converts, an app your team will actually use, or a digital product customers pay for.
- 2.Mention any date that is fixed by something outside your control, such as a launch, a tender, or a contract renewal.
- 3.Say who will own the work after launch — an in-house team, a vendor, or nobody yet. It changes what we recommend.
Questions we get before the first call
Can I send an enquiry without a finished brief?+
Yes. Most first enquiries arrive as a paragraph and a rough idea. We ask follow-up questions to shape it, so a half-formed plan is a normal starting point.
How quickly will I hear back?+
Email is answered within one business day. Phone messages left during working hours are usually returned the same day. Enquiries that arrive overnight in Singapore time are picked up the next morning.
Should I share system access up front?+
No. Do not send passwords, credentials, or production data through the form or by email. Describe the system in words first; if access is needed later, we set up a proper channel with the right permissions.
Can we meet at your office?+
Meetings at Paya Lebar Square are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Tell us in advance if you want a room with a screen so we can walk through an existing system together.
