Data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you attach files, we receive those too.

Our servers also record standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is used for security and for understanding which pages are useful.

Enquiry form

Why we process it

Enquiry data is processed to respond to your message, assess whether we can help, and maintain a record of the conversation. Technical logs are processed to keep the site available, detect abuse, and diagnose faults.

We do not use your enquiry data for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Replying to your enquiry and keeping a written record of the conversation so a later follow-up starts from context, not from scratch.
• Keeping the site online and secure: spotting abusive traffic patterns and diagnosing faults when a page fails to load.
• Understanding which service pages visitors actually read, so the website development, mobile app development and digital product content stays useful.

Legal basis and consent

We process enquiry data on the basis of your request for information and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Where consent is required for any optional processing, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain continuity if you contact us again. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period, typically measured in weeks.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Sharing and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and site analytics. Those providers process data on our instructions and are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

Some providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, consistent with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

• Hosting and email delivery — carried out by providers under contract, acting on documented instructions from us.

• Site analytics — aggregated page-level insight only, used to see which guidance is read.

• Overseas storage — where a provider stores data outside Singapore, we look for comparable protection before relying on it.

Security

We apply access controls so that only staff who need enquiry data can view it. Connections to the site are encrypted in transit, and credentials are managed rather than shared informally.

No system is entirely free of risk, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where we have no ongoing need to retain it. You may also object to specific processing.
